A couple of months ago, my health was basically a total mess. My "before" picture tells you everything you need to know. I was overweight, my diet was terrible, my cholesterol was out of whack, and I was tired all day.
I heard about the tornado weight loss system (http://www.shapesrin.com/tornadotraining.html); and said to myself “I should try it, got nothing to lose”. I called Jose Fuentes/Master Trainer and explained to him what I need it and in what kind of physical shape I was. He sat down with me and recommended to do his 6 week body make over tornado program which included the tornado diet plus exercise. Since I was looking for a total body reset, I took his advice and started the program. The rest was nothing but great news!.
His detox program was hard and make on whole foods veggies and fruits, I thought—there's no way. I was a "meat and potatoes" guy . . . and I sure wasn't going to find any of that on the menu!
I won't lie to you—at first, it was pretty tough. I was eating a lot of foods I'd never even heard of before. And I was eating them in normal-sized portions, instead of the jumbo-supersized meals I was used to plowing through. Nonetheless, the transformation that my body has gone through and the knowledge that gained from Jose over the past six weeks is amazing. His Tornado training system and nutritional knowledge have made the weight just shed off in a healthy and consistent approach, I Lost 25 pounds, Lost 8 inches in mid section and my cholesterol went from 239 to 171. Furthermore Jose's expertise in back pain and rehab have been life altering. He had taught me the proper way to strengthen and relieve the pain in my lower back that has been plaguing me for years. The knowledge that I have gained about proper training and nutritional intake is invaluable. Jose is a very successful trainer with many clients, but when interacting with him he always makes you feel like your his only client dedicating all his resources and knowledge to you. I would highly recommend Jose and his outstanding staff to anyone who wants to get back into shape as I did and gain the resources to continue the healthy lifestyle on their own.
